As soon as I approve you for administrative access you may fully experiment with the blog to get a feel for what is possible. Until then you can try posting. Once you have administrative access you can click on Dashboard to get to all the editing controls (top right of the browser window).

p.s. - the name of the Blog is slightly truncated due to the fact there is a limit on the number of characters permitted for the URL and title.
